Folajomi is an interdisciplinary graduate with a BSc in Economics and Social Policy from the London School of Economics and an LLB in Law from the University of Hull.

As a Senior Associate at the firm, Folajomi brings over nine years of diverse experience spanning in corporate and commercial transactions, banking and finance, company secretarial services, and business advisory across sectors such as, fintech, manufacturing and agriculture.

He has contributed articles on topical issues including data privacy, telecommunications, and climate change, and has a particular interest in debt recovery and insolvency proceedings.

In the field of arbitration, Folajomi has worked as part of the firm’s counsel team representing prominent clients in disputes with the Federal Government of Nigeria involving contractual breaches in the power and oil & gas sectors. He has represented a client at an ICC arbitration hearing in Paris in January 2025.
