Paul holds an LLB from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, an M.A., and an LLM from the University of Lagos.
With over a decade of experience, Paul has developed expertise in secured credit transactions, corporate and insolvency matters, banking and financial law and energy resources law. He also has extensive experience in advising and representing client in land and property matters, human rights, dispute resolution, and general litigation.
