Innocent obtained his law degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. He brings over a decade of active legal practice across a broad spectrum of law, including corporate law and insolvency, oil and gas law, banking law, domestic and international arbitration, labour law, as well as constitutional and administrative law.

He has participated in high-profile cross-border disputes, including a London-seated International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration and an ICC arbitration in Paris. Innocent is currently a Senior Associate at the firm’s Lagos office, where he continues to deliver strategic legal solutions to both domestic and international clients.
